Justin Cross

Justin Cross currently serves as Performance Manager and Digital Strategist at Novosteer since May 2023. Simultaneously, Justin is a Student Athlete in Men's Volleyball at U SPORTS, starting in September 2020. Previously, Justin held the position of VP of Community Affairs at the Dalhousie Management Society from June 2022 to May 2023, as well as Public Sector Sales Specialist at ADESA from June 2020 to May 2022, where responsibilities included achieving public sales goals and executing cold calls. Experience also includes Social Media Manager for the Dalhousie Tigers Men's Volleyball Team, successfully growing the Instagram following from 200 to 800. Additionally, Justin has coached at a Youth Volleyball Training Camp, focusing on leadership and skill development. Justin is pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration at Dalhousie University, expected to graduate in 2025, and is a graduate of St. Paul's High School.
