Rajiv Vemula

Rajiv Vemula is the Managing Director of Customer Experience & Billing at Utegration. Rajiv has over 17 years of experience in the IT industry, with a focus on customer experience and billing solutions. Rajiv has held various leadership positions at PwC, Tata Consultancy Services, KPIT, and SapientNitro.

Rajiv Vemula started their career in the IT industry in 2004 as a SAP ISU/CRM Solution Architect at SapientNitro. Rajiv then moved to KPIT (formerly Sparta) in 2012 as Practice Director. In 2018, they joined Tata Consultancy Services as Program Director. Rajiv Vemula joined PwC in 2021 as Director - Customer Transformation (Cloud & Digital).

Rajiv Vemula has a Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering from Madras University and a Master's degree in Business Administration from Symbiosis International University.

Rajiv Vemula completed a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Computer Science from the University of Bombay.
