Matthew Leach

Matthew Leach currently serves as the HVAC Business Agent for UA Local 469 and has been involved in various roles within the union, including serving on the Negotiation Committee and as a JATC Trustee. With extensive experience in HVAC, Matthew has held positions ranging from Projects Integration Foreman to Commercial HVAC Technician. Notable responsibilities include leading teams to ensure project adherence to timelines and safety standards, as well as advocating for working conditions and benefits for union members. Matthew's educational background includes an Associate's degree in Mechanical Maintenance Engineering and additional certifications in HVAC systems. Prior military service in the United States Army provided training in power generation and UAV mechanics.
