Ankit Narayan

Ankit Narayan began their career in 2013 as Manager of Outreach and Communications at Avanti Fellows, where they were responsible for publicizing activities and volunteering opportunities among 850+ freshmen during Orientation 2013-14 and coordinating a team of 25 to select 200 bright and motivated class 10th students from 7000 aspirants. In 2014, they worked as a Research Intern for the Indian Army, where they implemented Competency Mapping for the Indian military environment after reviewing 50 research papers and devised a Skill Inventory by interviewing and surveying 100 technicians, supervisors and managers. In 2015, they worked as Co-Founder, Business Development at History Diaries, where they trained students to see linkages between their past behaviors, present actions and future performance, and also as Career Guidance Manager at Avanti Learning Centres, where they designed and deployed an Interest Inventory with 3000+ students of class 9th-11th from 7 states and 10 cities, wrote a Career Information handbook for information on 20+ STEM careers with actionable resources, and examined Career education approaches of 8 countries and investigated competencies, standards and framework. In 2017, they became Co-Founder of Intscale, where they offered a Psychometric Test based Future Ready Career Guidance platform for school children. Programs were developed with researchers from U C Berkeley, NYU, JNU, IIT-Delhi and NID. In 2020, they joined Uable (now Power Club) as Founding Member, Community Lead, Learning Architect, Lead, Assessment Product Design, and Product Manager of Learning & Community.

Ankit Narayan graduated from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi in 2015 with a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Industrial Engineering. Ankit also holds a certification in "Embracing Change" from Harappa Education, obtained in June 2020.
