Madhu Dhavala

Madhu Dhavala has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Madhu started their career as a Software Engineer at Jahi Networks in 2003 and continued in this role until 2004. Following this, they joined Cisco Systems in 2004 as a Software Engineer and later transitioned to the role of Technical Leader-Engineering in 2019. During their time at Cisco Systems, Madhu gained extensive experience in quality assurance and network testing, specifically in networking product/protocol/system testing. Madhu successfully led and delivered QA testing for Cisco Enterprise and Data center switches/routers. In 2022, they joined OpenNets as a Leader in Engineering And Operations, where they worked until 2023. Currently, Madhu serves as a Director at UANDWE, Inc. starting from 2023.

Madhu Dhavala's education history begins with attending ZPPH SCHOOL from 1990 to 1992, where they completed 9th and 10th class. This was followed by attending RCM High School from 1988 to 1990, where they completed 7th and 8th class.

In 1992, Madhu Dhavala enrolled in Sri Siddartha Junior College for Intermediate 1st year. They completed this year of study in 1993. The following year, they attended Siddhartha Residential College for Intermediate 2nd year, which they completed in 1994.

After completing their intermediate education, Madhu Dhavala pursued a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. They attended the National Institute of Technology Warangal for this degree program. Unfortunately, specific start and end years are not provided for this period of education.

Madhu Dhavala also obtained additional certifications. They received the SJCP certification from Sun in August 2005, and the CCNA certification from Cisco in August 2004.
