Monali Sharma

Monali Sharma's work experience includes holding the role of Human Resources Director at UAS International Trip Support since January 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Sr. HR Business Partner at the same company from January 2019 to March 2023, and as an HR Business Partner from March 2015 to December 2018. Before joining UAS International Trip Support, they worked as a Talent Acquisition Manager at e2e Human Resource Consultancy from January 2009 to February 2015. Additionally, they have experience as an Associate Consultant at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) from January 2007 to November 2008.

Monali Sharma completed their Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in the field of study at Lancaster University from 2023 to 2027. Monali also obtained an Associate CIPD qualification in Human Resources Management and Services from CIPD Qualifications. Additionally, Monali Sharma pursued a degree in Organizational Behaviour and Psychology from Mumbai University Mumbai and a Masters of Science in Occupational Psychology from the University of Leicester. Monali has also obtained certifications from The British Psychological Society, including Test User Ability (Level A) and Test User Personality (Level B).
