Raquel Mancia has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Starting in 2007, they worked as a Customer Service Representative at SYKES El Salvador until 2010. In 2010, they joined Uassist.ME as an Administrative Assistant, responsible for various administrative tasks such as calendar management, travel arrangements, email management, and accounting tasks. Raquel held this position until 2017. From 2012 to 2017, they also took on the role of Team Supervisor at Uassist.ME. In 2018, they transitioned to the role of Quality Assurance Manager, overseeing quality control processes until 2021. From 2021 to 2022, they worked as the Training and Quality Manager at Uassist.ME. Currently, they hold the position of Implementation Manager at Uassist.ME, starting in June 2022.
Raquel Mancia has had a diverse education history. From 2015 to 2016, they attended Universidad Centroamericana José Simeón Cañas, where they completed a Diplomatura in Contabilidad (Accounting). Prior to that, from 2002 to 2007, they attended Universidad de El Salvador, where they focused on International Relations and Affairs. Additionally, they obtained a QuickBooks Certification from Intuit in June 2021.
