Diego Jiménez Castillo

Diego Jiménez has extensive experience in operations and management, currently serving as Operations Governance Manager at PayRetailers since June 2021, with previous roles including Payments Operations Manager, Claims Team Lead, Senior Claims Analyst, and Support Analyst. Prior to PayRetailers, Diego worked at Webhelp as a Technical Support Agent and held several positions at Grupo Nación, including Asistente editorial, Periodista, and Editor. Additionally, Diego managed Librería Buhólica from October 2014 to November 2016. Diego holds a degree in Journalism from Universidad Internacional de las Américas and pursued incomplete studies in Spanish Philology at Universidad de Costa Rica.
