Anastasia Stolzenberg

Undergraduate Research Assistant at UBC ICORD

Anastasia Stolzenberg is a dedicated professional with diverse experience in both hospitality and research. Currently serving as a restaurant server at John B Pub, Anastasia also founded A Chosen Forest, creating unique indoor plant arrangements through the kokedama technique. As an undergraduate research assistant at UBC ICORD, Anastasia has focused on the adult face-diet within the NOVA Lab and has presented research at notable events such as UBC's Ophthalmology and Vision Sciences Research Day. Previous roles include serving at Chambar Restaurant and Hope Local House, as well as being a medical office assistant at the Langley Mental Wellness Clinic. Anastasia holds a Bachelor of Science in Behavioural Neuroscience from The University of British Columbia and has an educational background that includes studies at the University of the Fraser Valley and Aarhus University.
