Martin W. Nygaard

Martin W. Nygaard has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Martin W. most recently served as the CFO of UBConnect, a telecom service provider specializing in the design and construction of mobile networks. During their tenure, the company was acquired by Transtema Group AB. Prior to that, Martin worked as a Senior Finance Leader at GE Oil & Gas, focusing on the international subsea business and driving growth and operational performance. Martin W. also served as the CFO of Presens AS, a venture capital-owned company, where they played a key role in achieving growth and facilitating an international trade sale. Earlier in their career, Martin held the position of Director Business Development and Marketing at Elopak and Ferd, responsible for strategy, business development, M&A, strategic marketing, and innovations. Martin W. started their career at Accenture, where they worked as a Manager in Strategy Consulting for seven years.

Martin W. Nygaard completed their education in 1996, obtaining a Master of Science degree in Industrial Economics and Technology Management (Ind. øk.) from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU). This four-year program provided him with comprehensive knowledge and skills in the field of Industrial Economics and Technology Management.
