Akansha Aggarwal

Akansha Aggarwal currently serves as the VP of Global Commercial Strategy and Operations at Uber Freight, overseeing the extensive $17B+ logistics network and driving sales strategy and global customer enablement. Prior to this role, Akansha worked as a Strategic Advisor and Angel Investor while also serving as the Senior Director of GTM Strategy & Operations at NetApp, leading initiatives for the North America business and global renewals. Akansha has an extensive background in strategy and operations from a tenure at Amazon Web Services, where responsibilities included managing go-to-market strategy for a business exceeding $10B. Earlier experience includes directing strategic partnerships at Compass, where leadership involved managing over 120 team members and negotiating numerous commercial partnerships. Akansha holds an MBA from INSEAD and a Master's degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from the University of Michigan.
