Carolina Mendoza

Carolina Mendoza has a strong background in transportation procurement and sourcing. Carolina is currently working at Uber Freight as the VP of Transportation Procurement since October 2022. Prior to that, they held various positions at Transplace, including VP of Procurement Transportation Mexico from January 2021 to October 2022, and Director of Procurement Transportation Mexico from November 2016 to January 2021. Carolina also has experience as the Owner of MTL from June 2015 to November 2017. Before that, they worked as the Director of Procurement at ProTrans International from January 2014 to June 2015. Carolina began their career at Penske Logistics, where they held several roles, including Carrier Sourcing Manager - Mexico from November 2008 to December 2013. Overall, Carolina has demonstrated expertise in procurement, carrier contract management, and transportation cost improvement throughout their career.

Carolina Mendoza completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Tecnológico de Monterrey, where they studied from 1996 to 2001. Carolina then pursued their MBA with a specialization in Strategic Marketing from Universidad del Valle de México, where they studied from 2007 to 2009.
