Carrol Chang

Carrol Chang is the Global Head of Driver & Courier Operations at Uber, overseeing the supply side of the company's marketplace business across ~80 countries. Prior to Uber, Carrol worked as an Associate at McKinsey & Company where Carrol developed revenue strategies for a shipping carrier and designed stakeholder outreach plans for a government healthcare agency. Carrol also has experience working in various roles at political organizations, the Department of Homeland Security, and nonprofit organizations. Carrol holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Harvard University and a JD-MBA from Northwestern University.
