Cris Thome has extensive experience in product marketing, growth, and customer retention. They most recently worked as the Global Head of Product Marketing at Uberall. Prior to that, they held the role of VP of Growth (Marketing & Product) at Certn, where they were responsible for product strategy, marketing, and brand management. They also served as the Director of Growth Lifecycle Marketing at Hootsuite, leading a team focused on increasing conversion, revenue, and retention. Earlier in their career, Cris worked as the Director of Activation & Retention at Bond Brand Loyalty and as the Managing Director of Retention & Loyalty Marketing at Collinson Group. They also held marketing roles at Bell and Sony.
Cris Thome holds a Master's degree in Marketing from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro, which was obtained from 2001 to 2003. Prior to that, Cris earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro, completing it from 1996 to 1999. Additionally, Cris has obtained certifications in various areas such as Product Psychology, Retention, User Research, and Email Marketing in recent years.
