Mary has worked as the Head of Learning and Development at Uberall since 2022, where they design talent development strategies and supports the growth of the organization. Prior to that, they worked at LinkedIn as a Senior Learning Partner, where they designed and delivered learning programs for a global audience. Mary also worked as a Leadership Coach, Experience Designer & Master Facilitator at their own company, Mary Shindler, where they provided leadership training and coaching services to companies like Twitter and Pinterest.
