Jessica Tran has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Jessica started their career in 2015 as a Payroll Coordinator at Event Staff Canada / AuthentiGate, where they worked until 2018. From 2018 to 2021, Jessica worked as a Head Bartender at Moxie's Grill & Bar. In 2019, they joined Innomar Strategies as a Patient Therapy Coordinator, initially taking on the role of Patient Therapy Coordinator and later transitioning to the Champion Role, which they held until 2021. Jessica's most recent position is with Uberflip, where they have held multiple roles since 2021. Jessica started as a Commercial Business Development and then moved on to Enterprise Business Development. Currently, they are serving as the Team Lead for Enterprise Business Development.

Jessica Tran has attended the University of Guelph, although the specific dates and areas of study are unknown. In terms of additional certifications, Jessica obtained the Conversational Sales Certification from Drift in January 2022. Jessica also obtained the Content Experience Certification from Uberflip, the Content Marketing Certification from HubSpot, and the Platform Strategy Certification from Uberflip, all in June 2021.
