Laura Kiernan is the SVP Investor Relations at Ubiquiti Networks. Laura has over 15 years of experience in investor relations and has held positions at some of the world's leading companies, including EDA, Inc., Raising Millions, Ubiquiti Inc., WWE, Harry Winston, and Terex.

Kiernan is a highly respected investor relations professional and has been instrumental in driving shareholder value at their previous companies. At Ubiquiti Networks, they have established a clear roadmap for investors and advised the C-suite on investor relations and corporate strategies. Under their leadership, the company's valuation has quintupled to $20B.

At WWE, Kiernan led the global investor relations strategy and revitalized investor communications, resulting in an increase in EBITDA of 12-15X in less than 2 years. At Harry Winston, they were instrumental in driving the company's value to $1B prior to its acquisition by Swatch in 2013. During their time at Terex, they increased LTM EBITDA by 27x and LTM sales by 2.3x.
