Chong-Jia Ciou

Chong-Jia Ciou has worked as a Software Engineer at Ubiquiti Networks since July 2019. Prior to that, they worked as an Advanced Engineer II at AVer Information from October 2013 to June 2019. At AVer Information, they focused on developing video conference systems on embedded systems, with expertise in communication protocols such as H.323 and SIP, as well as RTP streaming including H.264AVC.

Chong-Jia Ciou completed their Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the National University of Kaohsiung from 2007 to 2011. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in the Graduate Institute of Communication Engineering at the National Taiwan University from 2011 to 2013.
