Cindy Tsai has a work experience that spans from 2013 to the present. Cindy started their career as a Materials Project Manager at Foxconn in November 2013 and worked in this role until October 2014. Following this, they became a Project Manager at Foxconn and held various responsibilities, including being the Account Manager of the "I" Customer from September 2015 to November 2015. During their time as a Project Manager, they successfully managed the 4G LTE module business, resulting in a 30% growth from 2015 to 2016. Cindy also played a crucial role in resolving firmware issues through collaboration between the TE team and the customer, which prevented line stoppage and potential losses of up to USD100M. In January 2016, Cindy Tsai joined Ubiquiti Inc. as a Project Manager. In this role, they worked closely with the R&D team to gather requirements for process, test, and assembly development, and effectively communicated these requirements to the EMS team. Cindy also led the planning and execution of NPI projects, ensured manufacturing readiness for mass production, and established PM workflow SOP for newcomers and other NPI project managers. Some of their notable achievements at Ubiquiti Inc. include successfully launching products such as the UniFi series AP & routers, UniFi OS consoles, and AmpliFi series wireless routers.
