Igor Bondarets

Igor Bondarets has a diverse work experience in the field of software engineering and leadership. Igor started their career at SALD LTD as a Software Engineer, where they worked on survivalence systems and solved various technical problems. Igor then joined Mindspeed Technologies, where they held multiple roles including Release Manager, Engineering Group Leader, and Senior Software Engineer. In this position, they were responsible for release management, leading a team of developers, and collaborating with customers. Igor later joined GlobalLogic as an Engineering Group Leader and Senior Software Engineer. Here, they managed teams and worked on projects related to Wi-Fi and fixed wireless broadband solutions, as well as video delivery infrastructure solutions. Currently, they are working at Ubiquiti Networks as a Product Lead and Senior Software Engineer.
