Sham Cai

Sham Cai has a diverse range of work experience. Sham is currently working as an RF Lead at Ubiquiti Inc. where they lead an RF HW team in various projects including connectivity, GPS, LTE, and NR functions. Prior to their role at Ubiquiti Inc., Sham worked at OnePlus as a Senior Radio Frequency Engineer from 2019 to 2020. Sham also has experience working at HTC as a Senior Assistant Manager from 2013 to 2019. Sham's work experience began at National Taiwan University where they worked as a PHD Graduate Student from 2010 to 2014.

Sham Cai obtained a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the National Taiwan Normal University in 2008. After that, from 2008 to 2010, Sham pursued a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering at the National Central University. Subsequently, Sham furthered their education by pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from the National Taiwan University, which was successfully completed in 2014.
