Yu-Hsuan (Avery) Lin has a diverse work experience spanning from 2012 to the present. Starting in 2012, they worked as an Executive Assistant at National Chengchi University. In 2015, they interned at a company called 株式会社正兴电机制作所 and was later employed as a Product Manager at MOXA. In 2018, they joined Synology as a Project Manager, where they led a team in building a software system and worked closely with stakeholders. Currently, they are working as a Software Project Manager at Ubiquiti Inc., where they are responsible for managing IoT products and applications.

Yu-Hsuan (Avery) Lin completed the International Business Administration Program with a focus on Japanese at the International Trade Institute, TAITRA, from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, from 2009 to 2012, they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Mechanical Engineering from the National Central University.

In addition to their formal education, Yu-Hsuan (Avery) Lin has acquired several certifications. In March 2018, they obtained the Class C skill category of Food Baking - Pastry & Cake from the Ministry of Labor, Republic of China. In December 2014, they passed the Japanese-Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) - N1, administered by the organization of the Japan Foundation and Japan Educational Exchanges and Services. Finally, in March 2013, they achieved the TOEIC (Test of English for International Communication) - Golden Level, issued by Educational Testing Service (ETS®).
