Daniel Wong

Daniel Wong has a strong background in workforce management, with experience at multiple companies. Daniel is currently the Director of Workforce Management at Ubiquity since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Cognizant from 2015 to 2022, where they held various roles including Deputy General Manager, Manager, and Team Manager in Workforce Management. Before Cognizant, they worked at Concentrix as a CRM Delivery Professional/Assistant Manager in Workforce Management from 2013 to 2015.
