Vikki Jaeger

Vikki Jaeger, SPHR has over 25 years of experience in human resources. Vikki currently serves as the Human Resources Director, U.S. at Ubiquity since October 2021. Prior to that, they worked as the Human Resources Director at Habitat for Humanity - Omaha from September 2012 to November 2020, where they were responsible for leading and managing all HR and administrative functions. Before that, they worked as a Consultant at Experienced Human Resources Leader from March 2011 to October 2012. Vikki also has extensive experience as a Human Resources Director at CSG Systems, Inc from February 1999 to February 2011, where they provided strategic direction and hands-on management in delivering HR services across multiple locations. Earlier in their career, they worked as an HR Generalist at BREED Technologies, Inc from June 1996 to February 1999, where they provided a range of HR services and developed and delivered training programs.

Vikki Jaeger, SPHR, holds a Master's degree in Labor and Industrial Relations from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, earned from 1994 to 1996. Vikki also obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology/Human Resource Management from Hastings College between 1986 and 1989. In addition to their educational qualifications, Vikki has obtained several additional certifications throughout their career, including the Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) Certification from HRCI in November 2019 and the Senior Human Resources Professional certification from SHRM in 2012. Vikki is also currently pursuing a certification called "Sharing Your Best Self at Work" from LinkedIn, with completion expected in 2024.
