Migz Hernandez

Migz Hernandez has extensive work experience, starting in 2003 as a Deputy Quality Management Representative at Yu Jin Optical Electronics Company. In this role, they were responsible for preparing the company for ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certifications and represented the company in training and seminars. Hernandez then worked at Teleperformance as a Customer Care Representative, Subject Matter Expert, and Product Trainer from 2008 to 2013. Migz then joined FIS, where they held various positions including Senior Executive Trainer, Assistant Manager Training, Operations Manager, and Senior Operations Manager from 2013 to 2021. Currently, they are working at Ubiquity as a Senior Operations Manager and has recently been promoted to the role of Associate Director, Client Solutions in 2023.

Migz Hernandez studied Business Management with a focus on Operations Management and Supervision at the Lyceum of the Philippines University starting in 2019. Prior to that, Migz pursued a degree in BS Information Technology from José Rizal University and AB Communication Arts from the University of the Immaculate Conception. Additionally, Migz obtained several certifications in various professional skills and subjects, including project management, communication, training programs, organizational learning and development, and combating modern slavery and human trafficking.
