Sean Armstrong

Sean Armstrong has extensive work experience in the field of operations and customer support. Sean currently holds the position of Vice President of Banking Operations at Ubiquity since June 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Questar Assessment Inc. where they held various roles such as Vice President of Customer Support, Systems & Operations, Senior Director of Customer Support & Field Systems Engineers, and Director of Customer Support & Field Systems Engineers from 2018 to 2022. Before joining Questar Assessment Inc., Sean served as a Senior Program Manager at SourceAmerica from 2014 to 2018. In addition, they worked as a Vendor Relationship Manager at Think Finance in 2013 and as a Senior Customer Service Vendor Manager at Prime Therapeutics from 2008 to 2013.

Sean Armstrong holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. In addition, they have obtained a certification in Executive Leadership from Cornell University, which was completed in 2023.
