Ariel Hickman has held various roles in the animal care and customer service industries since 2015. In 2015, they began their career at the San Francisco SPCA, where they held the roles of Client Contact Center Supervisor, Animal and Client Care Associate, Humane Education Administrative Assistant, and Client Service Representative. In 2020, they moved to The Castro Animal Hospitals, Inc. as a Client Service Representative. In 2021, they joined Healthy Pets Veterinary Hospital as Front Office Personnel, and in 2022 they began their current role as Office + Culture Manager at Ubiquity Retirement + Savings. In this role, they are responsible for creating a functional, secure, and engaging environment for Ubiquity employees, both in-office and remotely.
