As SVP of Business Development at Ubiquity, John Farmakis is directly responsible for driving revenue growth by securing strategic distribution partnerships with firms across the financial services, insurance, advisor and payroll/HCM industries. Throughout his 40+ year career, he has achieved demonstrative success by building and delivering highly successful partnerships and results at such firms as IBM,The Walt Disney Company, ADP Retirement Services, and several large recordkeeping organizations. John’s robust experience in the defined contribution marketplace fuels Ubiquity’s growth and ability to support small businesses with low-cost, transparent retirement plan offerings. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Williams College.
