Krystal Burgess has worked in a variety of roles in the financial services industry since 2009. Krystal began their career as a Manager at Advance America in 2009. Krystal then moved to Pension Specialists/Verisight in 2011, where they worked as a Participant Services Representative. In 2012, they joined Verisight as an Operations Specialist. In 2013, they joined Newport Group as an Operations Specialist III. Finally, in 2016, they joined Ubiquity Retirement + Savings, where they have held the roles of Client Experience Training & Quality Coordinator, Client Success Team Lead, Client Success Specialist, and Saver Success Specialist. In their current role, they work to empower small businesses and their employees to create a more secure financial future by leveraging technology with affordable retirement solutions and world-class customer support.

Krystal Burgess attended the University of Phoenix from 2008 to 2012. During that time, they obtained an Associate of Arts degree in Business Communications in 2010, followed by a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management in 2012.
