SVP - Client Experience at Ubiquity Retirement + Savings

Mo El-Emari has a long and varied work experience, beginning in 1997 with The Coca-Cola Company, where they worked as a Business Systems Analyst - TMMC. In 2001, they moved to Emery Paint & Body / Star Collision, where they were an Operations Manager. In 2006, they joined T-Mobile as a Technical Support Analyst, and in 2007 they became Manager of Call Center Central Operations at Blockbuster Inc. In 2011, they joined One Technologies as a Sr. Manager of Product Operations and Operations Manager of the Call Center. In 2015, they began working at BOLD as VP of Customer Care and then Sr. Director of Customer Care. Most recently, in 2022, Mo El-Emari joined Ubiquity Retirement + Savings as SVP of Client Experience.

Mo El-Emari attended the University of North Texas.
