Sammie Samson has over a decade of experience in operations and quality assurance. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Ubiquity since September 2014, Sammie leads performance improvement initiatives and mentors team leads, while also overseeing daily operations to enhance processes and communication. Prior to this role, Sammie worked as a Quality Assurance Specialist at VXI Global Solutions, LLC from June 2011 to September 2014, where responsibilities included conducting audits to ensure compliance with client standards and resolving executive-level complaints. Sammie holds a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from New Era University, Quezon City, obtained in 2005, along with a Secondary Education/High School diploma from the same institution in 2002.
