Mariana Bonilla Scarpetta

Mariana Bonilla Scarpetta is the current Vice President of Customer Success at UBITS. Prior to this, they were an HR Consultant at PeopleMatters from November 2018 to November 2020. Before that, they were an HR Business Partner at Anheuser-Busch InBev from January 2017 to December 2017. Scarpetta began their career in Human Resources at Coca-Cola FEMSA in January 2011 where they worked their way up to Sr. Key Account Manager before leaving in December 2015 to join Marsh & McLennan Companies as a Human Resources Consultant in June 2010. Mariana left Marsh & McLennan in May of 2011 to join PeopleMatters.

Mariana Bonilla Scarpetta is a certified LinkedIn strategist with a degree in business administration from IE Business School. Mariana also has a degree in psychology from Universidad de Los Andes. Mariana is currently pursuing a career in strategy execution.
