Uri Russo

Uri Russo is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in mechanical engineering and maintenance management. Currently serving as the Engineering and Maintenance Manager at UBQ Materials since June 2021, Uri has previously held roles as a Mechanical Engineer at Highcon and Maintenance Manager at Poleg Plastics, where management of factory infrastructure and machinery was a key responsibility. Prior experience includes a Maintenance Engineer position at Kafrit Industries, focusing on maintenance planning and production improvements, and serving as an Operations Department Specialist at HelioFocus, progressing from test site manager to engineering gatekeeper.
