Astrid Audurier

Astrid Audurier is a Managing Director at UBS, specializing in Structured and Syndicated Finance since July 2024. Previously, Astrid served as Head of the Sponsor Group & Fund Financing and Head of Institutional Syndication at Credit Suisse from June 2017 to June 2024. Prior experience includes a role as Managing Director and Head of Credit Solutions at StormHarbour Securities from August 2009 to July 2015, and Director of European Leveraged Finance at Barcap from May 2005 to July 2008, where responsibilities included the origination, structuring, and execution of LBO financings. Astrid began a career in finance at Citigroup as Vice-President of Acquisition & Leveraged Finance from April 1997 to April 2005, with a focus on leveraged finance transactions in France and Germany. Academic credentials include a BABA in Finance from ESSEC Business School and a semester at UADE in 1995.
