Beth Geoghegan

Beth Geoghegan has over two decades of experience in strategic talent management and leadership development at UBS, having held various senior roles since May 1999. As the Regional Head of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) for the Americas, Geoghegan focuses on strategy, building, and executing a learning center dedicated to UBS's DE&I initiatives. Previous positions include Global Lead for DE&I Talent and Learning, Executive Director for Line Manager Development at UBS University, and Global Program Director for the ASCENT Key Talent Program. Geoghegan started their career at Citi, where Beth worked in recruitment and graduate training. Beth holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Loyola University Maryland.
