Philipp Baumann-Sury

Philipp Baumann-Sury PhD is an accomplished professional in the field of UX research and design, currently serving as the Global UX Research Guild Lead and Head of UX Research & Testing at UBS since January 2022. Previous experience includes roles as Experience Design Manager and Lead Experience Designer at EPAM Systems, and as a UX Strategy Expert and Senior Usability Consultant at The Ergonomen Usability. Philipp led the usability lab at the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland from 2010 to 2017, providing education, research, and consulting services. Philipp's educational background includes a Ph.D. in Psychology from the University of Bern and an ICT Management diploma from IFA Zürich, alongside a Master's degree in Psychology from the same university.
