Faton Limani possesses extensive experience in education and leadership development. Currently serving as a Teaching Assistant for Albanian Language Courses at Harvard University, Limani also holds the role of Department Administrator, managing graduate program operations and faculty affairs. In addition, Limani is a Senior Lecturer at the University for Business and Technology, Guest Lecturer for the Albanian-American Development Foundation, and Leadership Instructor at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. As the Founder and CEO of Leadership Advancement Associates, Limani provides consulting and coaching to enhance leadership capacities across various sectors. Furthermore, Limani established the Albanian School – Illyria, an online platform promoting Albanian language and culture, and has contributed to military strategy through the Negotiation Task Force. Educational credentials include a Master's Degree in Public Administration from Harvard Kennedy School and a Master's Degree in Economic Sciences from the University of Prishtina.
