Logan Bartholomew

Logan Bartholomew is a PhD candidate in Organic Chemistry at the University of California, Berkeley, expected to graduate in 2025. Since May 2020, Logan has been part of the Sarpong group at UC Berkeley. Prior experience includes working as a Chemical Development Intern and Process Chemistry Intern at Vertex Pharmaceuticals, where responsibilities involved synthesizing complex compounds and improving synthetic methods. Logan also served as the Organic Chemistry Laboratory Manager at The George Washington University, managing lab materials and collaborating on curriculum development. Additionally, roles included undergraduate research and teaching assistant positions within organic chemistry and contributions as Managing Editor for The GW Undergraduate Review, promoting research within the university. Logan holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from The George Washington University and a high school diploma from Saint Xavier High School.
