Ollin Demian Langle Chimal

Ollin Demian Langle Chimal is a Postdoctoral Researcher at the University of California, Berkeley, since June 2024. Prior experience includes serving as a Data Scientist at THINKMD from September 2022 to June 2024, and as a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Vermont from August 2018 to August 2022. Ollin also held Data Scientist positions at The World Bank in late 2020 and at Secretaría de Desarrollo Social and Presage Research in 2017. Teaching experience at Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México from 2012 to 2018 includes courses in Analytical Geometry, Computational Modeling, and Programming. Additional roles include a Summer Research Student at Stevens Institute of Technology focused on social media for city profiling and a Photographer at ADECMAC from 2007 to 2015. Ollin holds a PhD in Complex Systems and Data Science from the University of Vermont, a Master’s in Data Science from Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México, and a Bachelor’s in Physics from Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México.
