Kelly Simpson

Kelly Simpson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in learning and organizational development, currently serving as a Consultant in the Office of Provider Experience at UCI Health since February 2024. As the Business Owner and Principal Consultant at the Center for Effective Leadership since October 2022, Kelly has demonstrated expertise in leading talent development initiatives. Prior roles include Senior Manager at Crossover Health, Manager of Enterprise Talent Development at City of Hope, and Learning & Development Manager at Kimco Staffing Services. Kelly's career began as a Training & Development Specialist at the Orange County Transportation Authority.
