Lucas Rydberg has a diverse work experience in the healthcare and technology industry. Lucas is currently working as the Vice President of Engineering at Ucardia, starting in 2023. Prior to this, Lucas co-founded and served as the CEO of phas3, a digital health company focused on improving access to cardiac rehabilitation. Phas3 achieved significant milestones, including launching multiple software products, receiving grant funding from the American College of Cardiology, and winning multiple startup competitions. In May 2023, phas3 was acquired by Ucardia.

Lucas also has experience as a Pipeline Entrepreneur Fellow in 2021, where they gained valuable entrepreneurship knowledge and networked with startups. Additionally, they worked as a Team Leader at MEDLaunch, where they developed product development and entrepreneurship skills, and connected with startups in the Saint Louis community.

Furthermore, Lucas worked as a Research Assistant at Saint Louis University, where they contributed to the development of a mobile platform for bio-signal acquisition and processing. Lucas was responsible for creating the infrastructure for the development of smartphone-based medical devices.

Lucas Rydberg received their Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering from Saint Louis University, where they studied from 2013 to 2017.
