Rich Jordan has worked in the healthcare industry since 1984, beginning their career as the CIO of Seaview Hospital with the NYC Health and Hospitals Corporation. Rich then moved to Cerner (formerly Siemens Healthcare and SMS) in 1986 as a Field Installation Manager for the National Health Services Division. In 1997, they joined Allscripts (formerly Eclipsys) as Senior Vice President of Services, where they created and led the National Implementation Services organization. Rich then moved to McKesson Provider Technologies in 2004 as Vice President of Clinical Services Operations, where they managed Clinical and Financial Operations, Scheduling/Slotting, Implementation Methodology, Employee Education and Certification, and three product lines. In 2008, they joined Dearborn Advisors as Vice President of Support Services (including Legal Operations) and CIO. In 2017, they joined HQ Resources as VP of Services and Operations, providing healthcare organizations of all sizes with a wide range of Advisory Consulting and Staffing Services. Most recently, in 2022, they became the Chief Operating Officer of Ucardia, the world's first comprehensive cardiac and pulmonary virtual health recovery and prevention platform.

Rich Jordan graduated from Pace University - Lubin School of Business in 1984 with a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Business Administration and Management.
