Anne Hodges

Anne Hodges, MBA, currently serves as the Group Medicare Sales Manager at UCare since September 2023. Previously, Anne held the position of Senior Manager for MarketPOINT Sales at Humana from October 2009 to September 2023, where responsibilities included overseeing marketing, sales, and growth for Medicare Advantage plans in Minnesota, North Dakota, and South Dakota. Anne successfully led a team of 11 internal field agents and over 1000 partner agents to meet sales and retention targets. Anne began the career at Humana as a Medicare Sales Representative, building a personal client base of over 1000 members through strategic sales and community engagement. Prior experience includes serving as Marketing Manager at Central Financial Services and Executive Team Leader at Target. Anne earned a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the College of Saint Benedict and Saint John's University and a Master of Business Administration from Newman University.
