Gregory Hanley

Vice President, QM & Population Health at UCare

Gregory Hanley has a diverse range of work experience spanning over three decades. Gregory began their career in 1983 as a Medical Service Corps Officer in the US Army and served in that role until 2005. Following their military service, Hanley joined Children's Mercy Family Health Partners in 2005 as the Manager of Health Improvement & Disease Management, where they worked until 2012. Gregory then joined Coventry Health Care, an Aetna Company, as the Regional Director of Quality Improvement for a year. In 2013, Hanley transitioned to UCare, where they held various leadership positions, including Vice President of Quality Management & Pharmacy until September 2020. Currently, they serve as the Vice President of QM & Population Health at UCare.

Gregory Hanley, FACHE, CPHQ, holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in English from St. Cloud State University, which they obtained from 1985 to 1989. Gregory furthered their education by completing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Portland State University from 1997 to 1999. Additionally, they have acquired certifications such as FACHE from the American College of Healthcare Executives in 2018 and CPHQ from the National Association for Healthcare Quality.
