Melissa Larson has extensive experience in accounting and financial reporting, currently serving as the Accounting & Financial Reporting Manager at UCare since December 2000. In this role, Melissa oversees monthly accounting activities, ensuring quality and accuracy in financial reporting. Previous positions at UCare include Principal Analyst, where responsibilities included managing financial models for medical costs and regulatory reporting, and Data Analysis & Reporting Manager, focusing on negotiation strategies for state public program premium rates. Prior to UCare, Melissa held the position of Billing Supervisor at Ludlow Advertising, where a sustainable billing cycle was developed, and served as Insurance Billing Supervisor at Vision World. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh.
