Pat Schmitt

Pat Schmitt has extensive experience in human resources and organizational effectiveness, having held key leadership roles including Vice President of Human Resources and Organizational Effectiveness, Vice President of Organizational Effectiveness and Chief Human Resources Officer, and Director of Human Resources at UCare. Prior roles include Director of Compensation, Benefits, and Payroll at Hennepin County Medical Center and Senior Director of Human Resources Services at HealthEast. Pat Schmitt also served as an independent human resources consultant. Academic credentials include a Master's degree in Human Resources/Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management and a Bachelor's degree in Business from St. Catherine University.
