Delphine Ray

Delphine RAY is an accomplished manager with extensive expertise in operational excellence and continuous improvement within the biopharmaceutical and healthcare sectors. Currently serving as Manager Method & Support at UCB since December 2015, Delphine leads a team responsible for method and administrative support of technical services. Prior roles include Lead Operational Excellence, where strategies for continuous improvement were defined and implemented across production biotechnology and quality assurance departments. Previous positions include Operational Excellence Engineer at Mylan and Abbott Healthcare Products Ltd, and Continuous Improvement Engineer at Alfa Laval. Delphine holds a Mastère in Continuous Improvement and Industrial Performance from CESI Ecole d'Ingénieurs and a Master of Engineering in Bioengineering from Polytech Clermont.
