Elodie Berte

Elodie Berte has extensive experience in quality control and sterile manufacturing within the pharmaceutical industry. As the Head of the QC Microbiology Lab & EM at UCB since February 2012, Elodie has held multiple leadership roles including Team Leader Compliance and Sterile Program Manager, focusing on team management, production planning, and regulatory inspections. Prior to UCB, Elodie worked at NextPharma from August 2007 to February 2012, where responsibilities included managing a production team, overseeing production schedules, conducting investigations of discrepancies, and preparing for various audits. Elodie's educational background includes a Bio-Engineer degree in chemical engineering from Université libre de Bruxelles and a C.E.S.S. from Institut de la Sainte Famille des Ursulines de Mons. Additionally, Elodie has experience as a professor in physics, chemistry, biology, and chemical engineering.
