Ginny Walls

Ginny Walls has extensive experience in human resources and employee health, currently serving in Employee Health and Wellness at UC Health since December 2020. Prior to this role, Ginny held several positions at Macy's from 2007 to February 2020, including Director of Advanced HR Analytics, where responsibilities included overseeing workforce metrics and providing advanced reporting. Other roles at Macy's included Senior HR Manager focusing on clinical programs and data analysis, HR Manager for special initiatives, and HR Manager for recruiting.
