James Gabbard

James Gabbard is a seasoned communication professional with extensive experience in customer service and marketing. Currently serving as a Senior Communication Specialist at UC Health since February 2015, James has demonstrated expertise in maintaining high customer service standards and collaborating with different departments to resolve various issues. Prior to this role, James worked at Motortoys, where responsibilities included managing office operations, coordinating marketing campaigns, and enhancing the company’s online presence. James holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications from Miami University, completed in 2010, and a High School Diploma from Winton Woods High School, earned in 2006.
